frequently asked questions
What is the typical timeline renderings or CAD files?
Lead times depend on project scope and complexity, but we generally estimate about two weeks for renderings or CAD files. This allows for material collection, draft reviews, revisions, and final delivery. Once we receive your project details, we provide a clear timeline tailored to your needs.
How do we collaborate to create impactful design work?
We begin by understanding your brand, vision, and project goals. Through meetings, shared materials, and guided questionnaires, we establish clear objectives. Regular draft reviews and open communication ensure the final deliverables reflect your vision—and make your workflow seamless.
What’s the best way to share project materials?
We keep the process simple. Send files via email, Dropbox, Google Drive, or your preferred platform, and we’ll securely organize and store them. Our workflow adapts to your needs so you can focus on the design.
Can selections be adjusted after a rendering is complete?
Yes. Our renderings are created with flexibility in mind. If a client wants to explore a different rug, finish, or furnishing, we can make adjustments. Post-completion changes are available at an hourly rate.
How does billing work?
Project pricing and estimates are provided following an introductory conversation and a clear understanding of scope. 3d renderings are billed at a flat rate, with additional revisions at an hourly rate. CAD services are billed hourly. Invoices are sent every 2 weeks and can be paid via credit card, check, Venmo, or bank transfer.
What if the final materials don’t meet expectations?
Collaboration is key. We share drafts throughout the process so you can provide feedback and ensure the work evolves with your vision. Our goal is to deliver final materials that exceed your expectations, balancing surprise and precision.
What should I know before printing or presenting renderings?
Final deliverables come as high-resolution PDFs and low-res JPGs for easy sharing. Renderings are produced in RGB at 300 dpi for sharp digital quality. For printing, we recommend a professional printer for the most accurate colors. While we ensure the digital files are perfect, printing outcomes are best managed by your chosen vendor.
